We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. And if you are not completely satisfied once you receive the order, we’ll do what it takes to make it right. We have fully tested our products as evidenced by HCAI (OSHPD) OPM’s certifications we have received. However, while we take great care in the manufacture of such products, it is commercially impossible to detect all errors and imperfections. Therefore, no other warranty is given, and all affirmations, samples, or models made or shown are for illustrative purposes only. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR DESCRIPTION DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY US, NOR WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY) OR OTHER OBLIGATION BINDING UPON US) IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY PAID TO US.
Title and risk of loss to products shall be deemed to pass to purchaser at point of shipment.
We conduct business in the state in which the products are shipped and are therefore required to collect appropriate sales and use taxes. In other states we will collect such sales and use taxes as are applicable at the time of sale.
Shipping
We can ship to anywhere in the U.S. (Canada by special arrangement).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we offer. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
